These terms and conditions apply to contracts of services to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions discussed with clients. Any booking confirmed verbally or in written form i.e email or letter are subject to the terms and conditions below.
By purchasing a service from Cork & Fizz, you agree to the terms and conditions so please read the the following carefully.
All quotations (verbal or written) are valid for 14 days from the enquiry date. During this period, we cannot guarantee that dates will be available as Cork & Fizz (part of Viper Events Ltd) work on a first come first served basis. To confirm and hold a booking, a 50% deposit is required. This can be paid either in cash, electronic BACs transfer, debit/credit card, Paypal or cheque (made payable to Viper Events Ltd)
The remaining 50% is required 10 days prior to the booking. All payments outstanding after 20 days following an event will be passed to solicitors whereby further action will be taken.
Cork & Fizz will contact you 2 weeks prior to your booking to finalise your order and to discuss any additional extras. If additions i.e an extra barrel is required, we will send a separate invoice.
In the event of a cancellation, Cork & Fizz require official notice (written) 14 days before the date of the booking. Failure to do so will result in a 100% non-refundable service charge. Booking deposits are not refundable nor transferable unless agreed otherwise with a team leader or management.
In the event that Cork & Fizz are not able to provide the agreed service(s) due to circumstance out of their control (such as major weather conditions, transport problems etc.), a full refund will be issued to the customer.
Cork & Fizz has full Public Liability Insurance to the sum of £5,000,000 under Viper Events Ltd. Copies of certification are available upon request.
The client is responsible for gaining access of the bar service and adequate loading facilities must be provided. Failure in this, Cork & Fizz will not be held responsible for any difficulties that result in a delay to the service.
Parking is required for all events and must be provided by the customer. Any fines incurred whilst during the service due to wrong or incorrect instructions will be passed on to the client.
Any loss or breakages of hire equipment will be the responsibility of the client and must be paid in full within 20 days of the event. For private events, glassware is also included in the hire of equipment and is subject to the same terms and conditions. However we recognise that glassware is subject to accidental breakages and Cork & Fizz are willing to waiver any loss or breakages if not exceeding 8% of the total number of glasses provided.
Cork & Fizz supply two fully trained and licensed staff to your event to ensure that the service runs smoothly with the highest standard of service. If the client requests a change in this such as the number of staff and or role of staff i.e to serve tables, Cork & Fizz are not held liable for any responsibility for the overall success of an event.
The client is responsible for the behaviour and conduct of their guests. Cork & Fizz are there to supply a drinks service and therefore cannot refuse to serve a legal aged attendee.
Cork and Fizz will arrive at your event with the supplies ordered. In the event of a type of drink being overly popular resulting in stocks to run out during the service, Cork & Fizz will not be held responsible for the lack of availability.
All details submitted to Cork & Fizz are protected due to website protection. We may periodically send promotional emails about new products/services and special offers or any other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address you supplied.
